Job Title: Strategic Talent Partner

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Partner to support the growth and development of our workforce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment and retention strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with managers to develop and implement recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff on recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment and retention.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and interview questions that align with business needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a strategic recruitment or talent acquisition role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations, with ability to provide guidance on compliance.
