About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Consultant at our Hornsby Store. As a Local Community Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting customers end-to-end with outstanding service.

You'll possess a cross-set of skills and diversity to solve a range of standard day-to-day problems and serve local customers in various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will be curious, creative, and enjoy taking accountability for delivering results. They'll adapt easily to new challenges and pivot quickly to ensure customer satisfaction is always front of mind.

About You
  • You're a multitasking super star who can apply your knowledge across various channels, including virtual messaging, face-to-face interactions, and phone-based systems.
