Forklift Sales and Rental Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Forklift Sales and Rental Administrative Assistant to join our team at Clark Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing administrative processes for the sale or rental of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and coordinate transport
  • Maintain CRM and rental administration within existing systems
  • Consult with sales reps and customers
  • Administrate contracts and provide general administrative support to management

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and well-presented person with a professional work approach. Applicants may have forklift industry experience, but this is not essential. They need to enjoy a dynamic environment, have strong problem-solving skills and a keen focus on the customer. Additionally, the candidate should have:

  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software applications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with numbers and arithmetic
