Role Overview

This Lead Service Director role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee a large OSHC service, lead a dedicated team, engage with the school community, and build key relationships with the school, families, and children.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role, ideally with a Diploma qualification in a relevant field, such as Children's Services, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Facilitate Engaging Programs: Create and implement high-quality programs that cater to the needs of children aged 5-12 years.
  • Foster Healthy Relationships: Build strong relationships with children, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Lead and Manage Team Members: Supervise and mentor a team of Coordinators and Educators to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional services.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the service, including roster management, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in service delivery, adhering to the National Quality Framework (NQF).

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
