The RoleAs a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, you play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community. You possess a cross-set of skills and diversity that equip you to solve a range of standard day-to-day problems and serve local customers in their preferred communication channels.
You are curious, creative, and enjoy taking accountability for delivering results, with a willingness to experiment with new ideas and ways of working. You adapt easily to new challenges and pivot quickly to ensure that your customers are always front of mind.
Key Responsibilities- You will provide outstanding service to the local community through multiple channels, including virtual messaging, face-to-face interactions, and phone-based systems.
- You will grow and maintain your customer base, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.
- You will be self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services to your customers.
- You will possess strong team spirit, supporting your peers and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
