We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at I-MED Radiology. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a Dual Role - Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent to work in both clinical and administrative settings. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Greeting patients warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Efficiently managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  3. Handling patient enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
  4. Maintaining patient records and assisting with administrative tasks.
  5. Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Contact Centre Agent Duties

In addition to your medical reception duties, you will also be working as a Contact Centre Agent, where you will:

  1. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  2. Assist patients with general inquiries, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.
  3. Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
  4. Document call details accurately in our system.
  5. Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Prior experience in medical reception or call centre roles is advantageous.
  2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  3. Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
  4. Ability to multitask, with strong organizational skills to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Empathy and patience when dealing with patients over the phone.
