We are seeking a talented Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Medibank's Hornsby Store. As a Local Community Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to customers across various channels, including in-store, phone-based systems, and virtual messaging. Your primary focus will be on growing and retaining your customer base, while also ensuring that they receive the right products and services to meet their needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong multitasking skills, be self-motivated, and have a results-driven approach. You will also need to demonstrate a willingness to adapt to new challenges and pivot quickly to ensure that your customers are always front of mind.
