People Experience Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

You will be a vital member of our People Experience team, working closely with your colleagues to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

  • Managing first-level employee queries and administering employee changes
  • Supporting Advisors with end-to-end recruitment and general advisory matters

The position reports to our Head of People Experience but will take daily instruction from our Advisors. We are a team that values collaboration, providing high-level customer service, and enjoying each other's company outside of work.

What you will be doing:

  • Hit the ground running having proven experience in the following areas:
  • Ownership of recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and learning systems including ConnX, HROnboard, CultureAMP, and EdApp.
  • Processing cyclical HR transactions throughout the employee lifecycle for 650+ employees ranging from casuals to full-timers and under various awards where applicable.
  • Supporting Advisors to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidate care and meeting Manager expectations.
  • Participating in broader company initiatives and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous coordinator or recruiting experience ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort in being a self-learner with systems and having an ability to problem-solve.
  • Team-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic.
