People and Culture Specialist Role

The role of People and Culture Specialist is to create exceptional employee experiences through strategic advisory and day-to-day delivery of divisional people initiatives. This involves working closely with senior business partners to leverage expertise in people, culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion, reward, employee relations and data analysis.


Key Responsibilities

This specialist will play a critical role in:

  • Managing the implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Developing and delivering HR solutions using technology-driven approaches;
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations and conflict resolution;
  • Collecting and analysing data to inform decision-making and improve employee outcomes;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A strong background in human resources or a related field;
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
