Senior Diversity and Inclusion Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a senior recruitment consultant to lead wellbeing, diversity & inclusion programs on an initial 5-6 month contract.

  • Drive cultural impact and engagement globally
  • Hybrid work from home available (5 days or 4 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop initiatives tailored to markets while embedding a unified employee experience
  • Manage campaign engagement with internal and external partners
  • Design impact-driven programs suited to division and regional requirements and needs
About You

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as a specialist from within HR teams
  • Experience in designing and delivering holistic wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ability to operate across diverse business units
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proven capability in internal communications and project management
  • Experience measuring program impact through metrics and reporting
