Working closely with the Employee Experience Lead, People & Culture, and stakeholders across our organisation, you'll provide advice, coordinate programs, and deliver initiatives to embed inclusive practices and foster a connected, fun, high-performing workplace.
What You'll Do
- Support the delivery of our Listening strategy through engagement surveys, pulse checks, and action planning.
- Own and evolve our recognition platform, designing campaigns that celebrate our people.
- Contribute to culture and inclusion programs that spark belonging, fun, and alignment to our values.
- Lead and support projects across our Employee Experience and DEI strategy.
- Play a key role in the establishment and engagement of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to amplify diverse voices.
- Partner with leaders to embed inclusive practices into everyday work.
- Use data and insights to shape smarter, more impactful experiences.
- Review and refine policies and processes to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Employee Experience, DEI, or organisational development.
- A solid understanding of inclusive workplace practices and how to bring them to life.
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to culture-building initiatives across diverse teams.
- Confidence in using data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you know how to influence and inspire.
- A creative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action.
