About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Banking Services Professional to join our team in Inverell. As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing holistic solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice.
  • Support customers with enquiries, cash handling, and transactional services.
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way.
  • The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, and act with integrity.
  • A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing of our customers.
