The Commonwealth Bank of Australia is the public face of banking in Australia, delivering a seamless experience for its 10 million+ customers. As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer you deal with.

This role involves having in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice. You will support customers with enquiries, maintain accounts, and process credit applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting financial health checks to assess customers' needs
  • Providing options for customers through education and technology demonstrations
  • Problem-solving and providing effective solutions while championing the bank's processes and procedures

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently while referring customers to specialist team members when needed. You will be part of a busy and driven retail environment where you will see the big picture for customers and provide holistic solutions.
