Customer Banking Specialist Relief

We are seeking a part-time Customer Banking Specialist to join our Torrensville branch, working 25 hours a week.
Please note that rosters are predetermined, and you should ensure you are available to cover the specified roster before applying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging in in-depth conversations to understand customers' banking needs.
- Support customers with account maintenance, credit product applications, and financial health checks.
- Educate customers on in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Problem-solve and provide effective solutions, championing our risk-adverse culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
- The ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Ability to work in a busy, commercially driven retail environment.
- A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank.
