Customer Banking Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our team in the Martin Place Branch. In this role, you will have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
You will support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products. Additionally, you will complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.

Requirements
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way
- The ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything
- Ability to work in a busy and commercially driven retail environment
