About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Banking Specialist to join our team in Port Augusta. As the public face of CommBank, you'll deliver a seamless banking experience to our customers, providing in-depth conversations about their overall banking needs and supporting them with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice
- Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and process applications for credit products
- Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify potential changes
- Educate and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers
- Problem solve and provide effective solutions, championing our risk-adverse culture
About You
