About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Banking Specialist to join our team. As the public face of CommBank, you'll deliver a seamless banking experience to our customers.

As a Customer Banking Specialist, you'll have in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions. You'll also support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date with CommBank's products and services, and educate customers on their benefits.
  • Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and growth.
