We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Banking Specialist to join our team at Community Bank Coleambally.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities.
- Explore customers' needs and circumstances, and provide relevant financial solutions to suit their lifestyle.
- Demonstrate ownership of building strong relationships with customers and the wider community.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Effective communication skills to engage with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Able to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- High level of banking product knowledge, including transactions accounts, insurance, term deposits, and credit cards.
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry is an advantage but not essential.
