As a Customer Banking Specialist with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that matter. You will have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice. Your goal will be to support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts, and process applications for credit products. You will also complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes. Additionally, you will provide options for customers through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options. You will problem solve & provide effective solutions while championing our processes, procedures & drive our risk-adverse culture.

We are looking for individuals with proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service, ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality. You will need to have excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way. You will also need to be able to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do. Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service, ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
