Your New Role
This Senior Facilities Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to work on a client account in professional services, helping create an award-winning client company culture while delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong working relationships with all personnel and external service providers as necessary to fulfill the role, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of the Annual Opex and Capex programme and budgets in conjunction with the client and other Team members;
- Coordinate general maintenance requests, ensuring all work orders are completed within agreed SLA's, and assist in the management of contractor site inductions;
- Collate monthly & quarterly reports, attend to client service requests including key issues, outcomes of tenancy inspections, project status, and project pipeline;
- Provide assistance to colleagues and team members during busy periods or relief during holiday breaks or sick leave;
Requirements
- Experience with professional services or banking clients is highly regarded;
- A technical background in a trade or facilities is preferred, with M&E knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills – ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos;
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills;
