The primary location for this position is North West/North Sydney, with regular site visits required. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of cleaning professionals to deliver high-quality services to multiple Bunnings Warehouse sites.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Training and Onboarding: Providing training and onboarding to new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S procedures.
  • Communication and Liaison: Communicating effectively with Bunnings Store Managers and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalating any issues or concerns to the Cleaning State Manager to maintain safety and avoid downtime.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring uniform, chemical, and equipment inventory levels.
  • Cleaning Contract Management: Managing cleaning contracts and rosters.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' supervising experience.
  • A proven high level of customer service and management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
  • A full driver's license.
