Job Title: Global Technology Facilities Manager

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Technology Facilities Manager to join our team in Sydney CBD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and safe for tenants and visitors. This includes coordinating repairs, maintenance, and renovation activities, developing and managing budgets, and acting as the main point of contact for clients regarding facility-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain facilities, including coordination of repairs, maintenance, and renovation activities
  • Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding facility-related concerns
  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes/regulations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in electrical/mechanical trades or engineering, or technical experience within building services infrastructure
  • Previous exposure in providing premium client service would be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of workplace Health & Safety requirements applicable to this role
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and autonomously
  • Demonstrates organizational abilities by effectively handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and setting priorities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
