As a prominent player in the loyalty space, this highly-regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Program Officer to join their business in an exciting new role. With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, they help leading Australian and international businesses find, understand, manage and grow customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Project or Program Officer from within a consultancy environment, demonstrating proficiency in various PM tools and processes, including project management best practices. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to manage client interactions effectively and work autonomously.

This newly-created role involves overseeing the effective management and execution of Ellipsis projects, liaising across clients and internal consulting teams. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes and best practices are maintained, developing effective client relationships, and providing client-facing support on project planning, status and meeting management.

The successful candidate will also need to maintain client project status reports on progress, deliverables, timelines and action items, monitor project resources and budgets, and ensure expected project standards and efficiencies are maintained. If you have a solid grasp of budgeting and resource allocation procedures, exceptional prioritisation and problem-solving abilities, and can thrive under pressure while fostering collaborative teamwork and maintaining meticulous attention to detail, then this may be the ideal opportunity for you.

We offer a hybrid working environment (2/3 split), phone allowance, $300 per year tech budget, and subscription to Headspace. The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
