Job Overview:

A highly skilled and experienced Insurance Professional is required to manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients for a reputable insurance broker.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service, growing business organically, and building strong relationships with clients and underwriters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level Account Manager to take their career to the next level and lead a team of professionals in managing a book of business from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with new business within the SME space as well as renewals
  • Liaison with clients and underwriters regarding new business, quotations, renewals and endorsements
  • Building strong client relationships in order to grow the business organically
  • Demonstrating ability to follow processes
  • Managing a book end to end - renewals, claims, full ownership

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in an insurance broking role
  • Experience servicing and supporting a commercial book of business
  • Superb communication skills
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Tier 1 qualified
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirited
  • New Business Minded
