Senior Insurance Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a large portfolio of commercial and/or personal insurance clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and/or personal insurance clients by providing expert advice and tailored solutions across multiple lines, including motor, property, liability, and financial lines.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE.
- PROMOTE INSURANCE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO EXISTING CLIENTS AND IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR CROSS-SELLING AND UP-SELLING ADDITIONAL POLICIES.
- Liaise with underwriters and insurers to negotiate terms and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures at all times.
- Assist with claims management and client advocacy during the claims process to achieve optimal outcomes.
