Senior Insurance Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Property & Landlord Insurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team to grow our portfolio of landlords and domestic clients' insurance requirements and placements.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide expert advice on insurance products and services.
- Proactively service clients and understand the landlord insurance landscape to deliver exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and domestic clients as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
- Oversee the policy renewal process to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
- Tier 1 qualification
- Demonstrated experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on landlords and domestic clients
- Prior experience managing a small team
- Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs
- Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry
