Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook Pan/Larder to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking and wants to be part of a supportive team.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality from preparation to plating.
  • Ensure continuous high production, productivity, and customer-service standards.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar high-volume kitchen environment.
  • A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualification or at least 3 years of kitchen experience.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • A high standard of presentation, hygiene, and grooming.
  • Interest in development and progression within the organization.
  • Adherence to strict WHS and food hygiene practices.
  • Flexible availability for a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
