Strategic Partner Alliance Manager

G'day At ServiceRocket, we're on a mission to be the single most reliable partner in the acceleration of our customers' growth. As a Partner Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Partner Success Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Your key objectives will include:
- Owning and maintaining a cadence of communication with assigned partners and targeted roles in their go-to-market teams.
- Being attentive to partner goals and identifying opportunities for accelerating alignment and growth.
- Developing and executing partner success plans, including lead generation activities and tracking key metrics to ensure adoption and success.
- Working closely with sales management to maintain success plans for partners and track towards a plan.
- Managing partner perception of and sentiment toward ServiceRocket, helping them to understand our commitment and high level of execution.
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in customer success, partner success, business development, or account management. Your ideal profile should include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
- A strategic understanding of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- A data-driven approach to analyzing partner performance metrics.
