At Phocas Software, we're on a mission to make people feel good about data. As a Partner Alliance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth by acquiring and managing Referral and Reseller partners in the Australian market.

Your key responsibilities will include creating and executing strategic partner business plans to drive new sales opportunities, achieving global company revenue goals, and engaging in co-selling with partners, business development, and account management.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have prior experience working in sales or account management, ideally with B2B software-based solutions. Previous experience in channel/partner management with accounting technology, system integrator, and/or ERP partners is highly desirable.

You'll also need to be able to concurrently manage multiple partnerships, have experience with sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, Force, or Meddic, and have prior experience selling and/or working within our target markets, such as manufacturing, distribution, and retail.
