About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager at EROAD, you will be the primary point of contact for two of our largest and most important enterprise customers. Your primary mission is to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying new opportunities, managing customer health, and conducting regular site visits. You will lead training sessions to help customers maximise their use of EROAD's solutions, and you will be the go-to person for any inquiries or issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our strategic objectives and the needs of our customers.
  • Regular interactions with key decision-makers and stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and to drive business growth.
  • Promote EROAD's innovative, safety-focused solutions and ensure that customers are fully utilising our technology to achieve their goals.
  • Facilitate successful contract renewals and foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of exceptional key account management experience.
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Quick to learn and articulate technical solutions.
  • Experience in the transportation and construction industries is a bonus.
