About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Administration Officer to join our team at Centennial Lodge Residential Aged Care Facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service to residents, families, and employees, and respond to general enquiries.
  • Manage rostering for all staff in the home, including leave.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff.
  • Undertake administrative tasks, filing, data entry, maintaining records, mail, and deliveries, and archiving.

Requirements

  • Experience in Aged Care or Health Care is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • High level of computer literacy, including experience with aged care software and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, problem identification, and resolution skills.
