Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as the Head of Strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future direction of Anglicare and contribute to transformative initiatives across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies, backed by in-depth market analysis and industry trend assessments.
  • Spearhead business planning cycles and create KPIs to track performance across the organization.
  • Identify potential partnerships and acquisition opportunities to strengthen Anglicare's market position.
  • Stay on top of industry innovations to drive digital transformation in aged care and community services.
  • Communicate strategic objectives to both internal and external stakeholders, presenting recommendations to the Executive team and Board.
  • Lead a dynamic strategy team, fostering an environment where team members thrive and grow.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in leadership roles in corporate strategy or management consulting.
  • A strategic, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing senior management.
  • Passion for improving the lives of older Australians, with knowledge of aged care being advantageous.
