Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

- Evaluate and manage cases to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress towards return to work goals.
- Assess treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been injured or ill.
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
- Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team environment.
