Business Coordinator Role Summary

The role of Business Coordinator is a vital position within our organisation, requiring an individual with outstanding organisational and administrative skills to support key business functions.

This role offers exposure to key business operations where you will provide a high level of customer service working closely with key stakeholders, and in particular the marketing and sales management teams. You will rely on you to provide support and take ownership in conference planning, education meeting coordination, sales travel, material management and distribution, processing of monthly expenses and raising purchase orders.

We are seeking an experienced Business Coordinator to join our team. The ideal person will have held a similar role in pharmaceutical, consulting or other professional/fast-paced organisations where you have demonstrated your ability to work proactively and autonomously, as well as within cross-functional teams.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in business administration or project coordinator role, or 5 years general administrative experience supporting a commercial team, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Experience coordinating and managing events including company meetings
  • Understanding of basic Project Management principles with willingness to lead projects,
  • High level communication skills
  • High aptitude for quickly learning new systems, processes and policies
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
