Job Title: Organisational Development Specialist
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the People & Culture function through sustained Human Resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Engage with managers and employees on employment-related policies and processes.
- Partner with management to support dispute resolution, performance, and HR matters.
- Design and deliver HR initiatives including workforce planning, recruitment, and development.
- Analyse data and feedback to identify workforce trends and opportunities.
- Support remuneration review process and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure WH&S policies reflect current legislative requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience in HR within a corporate sector. You must be comfortable facilitating training, coaching managers, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Key RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within the organisation. You will also have:

- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
