Job Title: Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the ai-talent team, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives and organisational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support organisational planning and change.
  • Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and document frameworks, strategies or policies related to governance and information management.
  • Analyse organisational data and reporting structures to ensure alignment with regulatory or strategic objectives.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders through consultation and reporting activities.
  • Prepare business cases and proposals to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and assess risk and provide timely recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently on complex projects.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Australian regulatory frameworks is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a consulting, policy or change management role is desirable.
  • Skilled in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
