The opportunity
We are seeking a talented and experienced Organisational Change Specialist to help guide Boeing Defence Australia through a program of change that will equip us to achieve the strategy, goals and aspirations for 2030 and beyond. The opportunity is for an 18 month contract with the future possibility for extension or transition to a permanent role depending on the business needs. This role reports to the Strategy Implementation Director and is based in Brisbane or Williamtown.

**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of BDA's strategy implementation framework
- Define and measure success metrics, monitoring change progress
- Support design, developmentand management of change plans, including communications plan
- Facilitate change impact and readiness assessments, identifying key stakeholders for change
- Identify risks and support key stakeholders in managing anticipated barriers to change
- Design and delivery of training, facilitation and change programs
- Consult and coach teams and people to better navigate and embrace change
- Contribute to organizational design and definition of roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
- Coordinate cross-functionally with other specialists to enable effective management of change
- Compliance with Boeing policy and procedures; statutory and customer requirements
Experience/Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant studies or substantial equivalent experience of specialist professional development
- 5+ years change management implementation and delivery
- Comfortable working with all seniority levels including executives and individual contributors
- A proven ability to develop positive, effective stakeholder relationships in a matrix organisation
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Effective facilitation and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen
