Organisational Culture Specialist

This business is committed to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an Organisational Culture Specialist who will drive our engagement, diversity and inclusion agenda.
A key focus of this role will be to develop and implement policies, processes and systems that support employee wellbeing, engagement and diversity strategies.
- Collaborate with HR directors to deliver programs that promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement an employee feedback survey process to assess engagement.
- Lead the development and implementation of a diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Partner with business unit HR leaders to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee the talent management framework to identify future leaders.
To succeed in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications and experience developing and implementing organisational culture initiatives. You will possess strong consulting, coaching and influencing skills.
Requirements:You will need to demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience in driving cultural transformation and change management.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Excellent communication, consultation and project management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
