Organisational Change Specialist

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving organisational change and transformation programs, with expertise in stakeholder engagement and communication.

- Partnering with leaders, stakeholders, and teams to design tailored engagement strategies.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and securing sponsorship for key initiatives.
- Mentoring teams and enhancing internal change capability.
- A proven track record in leading large-scale organisational change and transformation programs.
- Strong background in developing and executing change management strategies and frameworks.
- Experience applying recognised change management methodologies and tools.
