Team Overview:
The dynamic Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team plays a crucial role in driving the growth of TikTok's advertising initiatives. We collaborate with business leaders to establish strategies, plan revenues, develop sales policies, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure effective partnerships across various internal teams.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Revenue Planning Manager focused on Mexico and LATAM. This role involves forging strong partnerships with sales leaders and teams, while overseeing essential business functions such as analytics, reporting, planning, forecasting, and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and the broader Monetization Strategy & Operations group. Candidates should possess strategic thinking skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to identify and resolve issues in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to uncover revenue opportunities, translating them into actionable market strategies, tracking progress, and assessing impact.
  • Creating reports and dashboards that showcase business KPIs and enhance sales intelligence.
  • Overseeing revenue planning, including target setting, forecasting, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in partnership with leadership.
  • Managing attainment and bonus calculations, including tracking sales team quotas and resolving data discrepancies for accurate attribution.
  • Developing external incentive programs for clients that drive revenue and product adoption, adapting to changing business needs.
  • Defining and enforcing sales and client policies regarding revenue recognition, channel segmentation, and customer acquisition, while fostering positive collaboration across sales channels.
  • Identifying process and tool deficiencies, partnering with internal teams to implement solutions, and providing ongoing training and documentation.
  • Encouraging cross-functional collaboration by building strong relationships with key business partners, including Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar fast-paced environment (e.g., strategy and operations, consulting, finance).
  • Proven ability to leverage data to craft compelling narratives that influence decision-making across various management levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or GSuite applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets, along with experience in data visualization tools.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms and Order Management Systems.
  • Experience in media operations or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL.
