The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team plays a crucial role in propelling TikTok's advertising business forward. We collaborate with business leaders to set strategies, plan revenues, develop sales policies, enhance operational efficiencies, and foster productive partnerships across various internal teams.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Revenue Planning Manager to oversee operations in Mexico and LATAM. This role involves forging strong partnerships with sales leaders and teams, driving essential business functions such as analytics, reporting, planning, forecasting, and managing strategic projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as the broader Monetization Strategy & Operations group. Key attributes include strategic thinking, attention to detail, self-motivation, versatility, problem-solving skills, and comfort in navigating ambiguity.

Primary Duties:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint revenue opportunities, convert them into actionable market strategies, monitor progress, and assess impact.
  • Create reports and dashboards that showcase business KPIs and enhance sales intelligence.
  • Oversee revenue planning, including target setting, forecasting, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Manage attainment and bonus calculations, ensuring accurate tracking of sales quotas and commission payments while addressing data discrepancies.
  • Develop external incentive programs for clients that promote revenue growth, product adoption, and improve business health metrics.
  • Define and enforce sales and client policies regarding revenue recognition, channel segmentation, and customer acquisition, while collaborating with counterparts to resolve conflicts positively.
  • Identify process and tool deficiencies, partnering with internal teams to devise and implement solutions, and provide ongoing training and documentation.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration by nurturing strong relationships with key business partners across Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role (e.g., strategy and operations, consulting, finance).
  • Proven ability to leverage data to craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate key insights across the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or GSuite applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets, along with experience in data visualization tools.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and achieving goals with minimal supervision. Experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g., SalesForce, Insightly) and Order Management Systems (e.g., Operative, FatTail).
  • Experience in media, media operations, or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL.
