We collaborate closely with business leaders to shape strategies, plan revenues, and enhance operational efficiency across sales processes and tools.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Revenue Planning Manager focused on Mexico and LATAM. This role involves establishing robust partnerships with sales teams and leaders, overseeing critical business functions such as analytics, reporting, planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and is adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the Monetization Strategy & Operations team. Key attributes include strategic thinking, attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint revenue opportunities, transforming them into actionable market strategies while tracking progress and measuring outcomes.
  • Create reports and dashboards that showcase business KPIs and enhance sales intelligence.
  • Oversee revenue planning activities: setting targets, forecasting, and working with leadership to maintain an accurate sales pipeline and track revenue attainment.
  • Manage attainment and bonus calculations: track sales team quotas and commission payments, addressing inquiries and resolving data discrepancies for accurate attribution.
  • Develop external incentive programs that drive revenue and product adoption, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Define and enforce sales and client policies regarding revenue recognition, channel segmentation, and customer acquisition, collaborating with counterparts to resolve conflicts positively.
  • Identify process and tool deficiencies, partnering with internal teams to devise and implement solutions while facilitating training and documentation.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration by building strong relationships with key business partners across Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role (e.g., strategy and operations, consulting, finance).
  • Proven ability to leverage data to craft compelling narratives that communicate essential messages and influence management decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or GSuite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets, along with experience in data visualization tools.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively with minimal supervision. Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Sales, and Product.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with major CRM platforms (e.g., SalesForce), Order Management Systems, and Advertising Platforms.
  • Experience in media operations or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL.
