About the Role:
The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is a key driver of TikTok's advertising business growth. As a Revenue Planning Manager, you will partner with business leaders to set strategy, drive revenue planning, and ensure operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to identify revenue opportunities and drive progress.
- Build reports and dashboards to highlight business KPIs and drive sales intelligence.
- Manage revenue planning, including target setting, forecasting, and sales pipeline management.
- Ensure attainment and bonus calculation, including managing sales team quotas and calculating commission plan payments.
- Develop external incentive programs to drive revenue, product adoption, and business health metrics.
- Define and enforce sales & client policies, including revenue recognition and attribution, channel segmentation, and customer acquisition.
- Identify process deficiencies and partner with internal teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with critical business partners, including Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment and similar function.
- Experience using data to create compelling stories and influence management decision making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or GSuite applications, especially Excel and G Sheets.
- Fast learner, self-starter, and highly analytical, with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms, Order Management Systems, and Ads Platforms.
- Experience in media, media operations, or digital advertising.
- Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL.
