We are seeking a Revenue Planning Manager to oversee operations in Mexico and LATAM. This role requires building robust partnerships with sales teams and driving essential business functions, including analytics, reporting, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to uncover revenue opportunities, translating them into actionable strategies, and tracking progress.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to showcase key performance indicators and enhance sales intelligence.
  • Managing revenue planning processes, including target setting, forecasting, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Overseeing attainment and bonus calculations, ensuring accurate tracking of sales quotas and commission payments.
  • Developing external incentive programs that drive revenue and product adoption, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Defining and enforcing sales policies related to revenue recognition and attribution, while fostering positive relationships across teams.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and collaborating with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Encouraging cross-functional collaboration by building strong relationships with key business partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, such as strategy and operations.
  • Proven ability to leverage data to craft compelling narratives that influence decision-making at various management levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or GSuite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets, along with experience in data visualization tools.
  • Self-motivated and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with major CRM platforms and advertising systems.
  • Experience in media operations or digital advertising.
  • Knowledge of data visualization software and business intelligence tools.
