**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Operational & NSO Support Manager to support the Operations Manager in their day-to-day role and assist with troubleshooting issues within the existing store estate. This is a field-based role requiring strong project management skills and experience in opening new retail stores.

**Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with various stakeholders including procurement managers, project managers, operation managers, contractors, and leasing agents to deliver and set up new stores efficiently.
  • Update project progress to keep the team informed about current status and timelines.
  • Support the Operations Manager in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues within the existing store estate.

**Qualifications and Skills:*

  • Strong project management skills with experience in opening new retail stores.
  • Confident and dynamic personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify, select, and coach leaders.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Financial management experience including setting budgets, forecasting, and management reporting.
