In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to drive business growth and development within the Australia Retail team at Amazon. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering results-driven solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, account management, or project management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales environments and build lasting relationships with clients and partners. Experience working in online retail and e-commerce is highly valued, as well as proficiency in business analytic tools and software development platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including executive teams, vendors, and suppliers
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to vendors and suppliers on how to optimize their product offerings and improve operational efficiency

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of sales, account management, or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with software development and editing tools (including HTML, Excel, and SQL)
  • Experience in online retail and e-commerce
  • Proficiency in analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a strong potential for growth and advancement.
