Job Description

As a Senior Retail Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate monthly reconciliations and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
  • Providing strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Leveraging the "Frameworks" ERP system for comprehensive financial management.
  • Overseeing and improving financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Training and developing the finance team to enhance their skills and drive high performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CA or CPA qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver actionable financial insights.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with "Frameworks" is highly advantageous).
  • A proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
