About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support our brokers with asset finance and residential loan processes. As an administrative support assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining a smooth workflow, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle general office administration, including filing, data entry, and document management

● Perform basic reception duties, such as answering calls and welcoming clients

● Manage appointments and coordinate meetings

● Assist with email correspondence and follow up on simple client tasks

● Previous administration experience (highly regarded)

● Energetic and professional demeanor

● Excellent phone manner and communication skills

● Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

● Tech-savvy, with proficiency in office software and systems

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

● A strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude

● Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
