About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities Management: Manage facility and maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Vendor Liaison: Liaise with vendors for services such as cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
- Access Control: Manage building access and security passes, ensuring only authorized personnel have access to sensitive areas.
- Meeting Room Coordination: Oversee meeting room schedules, ensuring proper setup and availability.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming calls and visitors with a warm and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, orderly office environment, ensuring a safe and healthy workspace.

About You
- Relevant Experience: Experience in facilities, office administration, reception, property, maintenance, or customer service is highly valued.
