We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in APJ. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales leader who can develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue growth across the region.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience scaling sales functions and driving high growth and revenue across APJ. They will possess a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, with experience in direct and 2nd-line management for 5+ years.

A minimum of 15 years of technology-related sales or business development experience with C-level executives is required. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive sales performance through effective leadership and strategy.

The salary for this role is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
